To subsidize all services provided by the Technology Incubation Programme to reduce the overhead burdens of start-up companies.

Monitoring the development of prototypes of machines, equipment and tools, which could be passed on to the manufacturing units for commercial production.
Providing common facilities in such areas as testing, machining, castings, electroplating, quality control laboratories etc.
Encouraging the production of machines and equipment of acceptable standards.
Commercializing R & D results in critical areas such as waste utilization, alternative sources of energy etc.
Ensuring that new ideas/products evolve into fruitful technical/manufacturing businesses that use the available raw materials in the country.
Offering engineering services such as Design, Testing, Process development, Product evaluation, monitoring and improvement.
